TilliT®Training
In TilliT®Training, theoretical content about the background of seasickness is taught. The connections between reactions in the nervous system and symptoms are explained. Participants learn how they can intervene early in these processes.
In practical exercises, the perceptual system is also adapted so that the familiar symptoms no longer occur on a moving surface.
Additionally, exercises are taught that can subsequently be performed independently.
Individual Training
Individuals or small groups. Up to 3 participants.
Duration: 3 hours

TilliT®Trip
During a joint sailing week, the content from the training is taught both theoretically and practically and intensively reinforced.
Prior participation in a training session is not required.
